bajix Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bajix ("Platform", "We", "Us"). These Terms apply to all use of the bajix website, mobile web application, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any associated services accessed via bajix.pro. By creating an account or placing any wager on the bajix platform, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the bajix platform immediately.

To register and use the bajix platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bajix reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be retained pending investigation.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bajix platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

bajix reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close any account that does not satisfy these requirements. Where a deposit was made to an ineligible account, bajix will use reasonable endeavours to return the net deposited amount to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated and any applicable processing costs.

To access the full range of bajix services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all bajix accounts:

• Each person may register and maintain only one account on the bajix platform. Where bajix identifies that a single individual holds more than one account — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. bajix may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. bajix accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• bajix reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered using false information, is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder, or is being used for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.

bajix accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the payment methods listed in the bajix Cashier at the time of the transaction. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction in the Cashier.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your bajix account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt by the platform. bajix is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
• bajix does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Transaction fees levied by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by bajix support. bajix reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: bKash and Nagad — within 5 to 30 minutes; Rocket — within 30 minutes to 2 hours; Bank transfer — 1 to 24 hours. These timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Any active bonus balance or funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Withdrawal of the real-money balance portion is permitted at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.
• bajix reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Processing of such requests may take longer than standard timeframes while verification is completed.

bajix offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to accounts automatically upon qualifying deposit or manually upon verification of qualifying activity, depending on the promotion type.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• bajix reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where it determines that a Player has attempted to exploit a promotion through any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotional offer will expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement specified in those terms.
• bajix reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the announcement of the change.

The following rules apply to all game activity and sports betting conducted on the bajix platform:

• In live casino games delivered by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and others), the studio's own game rules and settlement procedures take precedence in the event of any conflict with bajix platform terms. bajix accepts no liability for errors or malfunctions occurring within the studio's own game client.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or server error that affects the outcome of a game round, bajix reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. bajix's decision in such cases is final.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results issued by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For cricket markets, the official result issued by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Cricket Bangladesh, or the relevant tournament organiser shall be the final arbiter of settlement.
• bajix reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, corruption, or any other manipulation of the relevant event. No compensation will be paid on voided bets beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajix platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, mobile number, or payment method.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to automate wagering activity.
• Using the bajix platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, including communicating hand or card information in live games, coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms, or sharing account access for any purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.

bajix is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may apply a short-term break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a time-out, the account is suspended for wagering and deposit purposes. Existing withdrawal requests will be processed normally.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gaming is becoming harmful may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.

All content on the bajix platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bajix or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bajix platform without the prior written consent of bajix, except as follows: your device may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your normal browsing of the bajix website, and you may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajix's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited as follows:

• bajix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even where bajix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bajix makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bajix's obligations are limited to exercising reasonable skill and care in the provision of the platform services.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bajix's liability for death or personal injury caused by bajix's negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bajix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bajix will notify registered Players by displaying a notice on the platform or by email to the registered contact address. Your continued use of the bajix platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. All formal communications between bajix and Players — including dispute notifications, account queries, verification requests, and withdrawal approvals — will be conducted in English. bajix's platform operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
